Kyle assists clients with various business issues, public policy matters, municipal finance, P3 projects, and strategic development. His clients include both emerging and established businesses, as well as individuals, trade associations and their members, tax-exempt organizations, and governmental and quasi-governmental entities.
Kyle offers a unique perspective with his experience, positioning him as a trusted advisor to both business and government clients. He brings high level senior experience through his prior business executive roles including chief administrative officer and general counsel at IMMI and vice president and general counsel at ETC Proliance Energy as well as through his private law and government experience.
He has a strong and impressive background in government relations and politics and serves as chairman of the Indiana Republican Party. Kyle is also a member of the Republican National Committee (RNC) and was appointed as general counsel in 2021. Kyle also serves as chairman of the RNC resolutions committee and is a member of the executive committee. He most recently served as Governor Holcomb’s campaign manager for his 2020 reelection and also previously served as 5th District Republican chairman, the director of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources for Governor Mitch Daniels, and chairman of the Indiana State Fair Commission.
